Residential proxies for ad verification
Ad verification needs more than a low residential proxy price. This comparison requires a plan to publish both city targeting and ASN targeting. City targeting lets the job select the local market being checked. ASN targeting adds the network-level choice in the measured filter. A plan that publishes only country or city targeting does not pass by implication.
The comparison point is 50 GB. Of 49 residential plans with a public checkout price at that volume, 45 could be evaluated for the targeting requirement. Ten pass, 35 fail, and four could not be evaluated because the targeting field is unpublished. Applying the filter replaces six entries from the unfiltered top ten, so it materially changes the buying answer. The ten plans that pass
Every row below publishes both city and ASN targeting. The price is the lowest public checkout option in that product line that covers at least 50 GB. It is not a larger tier’s advertised rate multiplied by 50. “Same-tier rate” means the total was calculated from the published rate and volume of the same purchasable tier. Some checkouts include more traffic than the requested 50 GB. The price column states the amount actually purchased so the larger bundle is not hidden. This ranking says only that the plan publishes the two targeting controls and has a public price covering the volume. It is not a statement about ad delivery, block rates, response quality or targeting accuracy, none of which we measure.
Which plans fail the targeting requirement
Five evaluable plans publish neither city nor ASN targeting: ProxyMesh 50, ProxyMesh 100, Proxy-Cheap Rotating Residential Monthly, and the Live Proxies 500-IP plans with 60-day and 90-day terms. Do not use this answer for social media accounts
Ad verification and social account management impose different constraints. The social-management gate required static ISP proxies with a published sticky-session maximum of at least 1,440 minutes. None of the 40 quotable ISP plans published enough information to evaluate that requirement. There is therefore no evidence-backed social-media plan ranking today, and this city-plus-ASN table should not be used as a substitute.
