One plan per provider: the cheapest that covers 15 GB and meets the job's requirements. 18 priced plans do not say whether they have rotating IPs, country targeting and traffic that lasts 30 days or more, so they are left out rather than counted as meeting it (Bright Data, Decodo, Infatica, LightningProxies, Massive, Oxylabs, Proxy-Seller, Squid Proxies, Thordata and Webshare).
In the United States, getting round a ticket seller’s controls with software is against the law. The Better Online Ticket Sales Act “prohibits the circumvention of a security measure, access control system, or other technological control measure used online by a ticket issuer”, and the resale of tickets bought that way, for events “at venues with seating capacity of over 200” (Federal Trade Commission). A proxy used to buy past a seller’s limits is part of exactly that. Where a proxy has a lawful job is watching the market: a fan, a travel agent or a price tracker checking what the same event costs across sellers and countries until it is time to buy. The table above lists the cheapest plans whose providers say they offer rotating IPs, country targeting and traffic that lasts a month or more, priced at 15 GB.

If you are buying tickets for yourself
You need no proxy. Buy from the seller’s own site or app, on your own connection, within its limits; a proxy changes the address the seller sees, not how many tickets it will sell you or where you stand in its queue.
What each requirement is for
- Country targeting, because sellers show the prices and fees of the country they think you are in, so each check has to come from the country it is about (what city and ASN targeting cost).
- Rotating IPs, because a round of checks opens many pages in a row, and a seller limits how much one address may ask for (static vs rotating proxies).
- Traffic that lasts a month or more, because prices are watched for weeks before an event, and a plan whose traffic ends sooner loses what the next week needed.
Work out how much traffic you need
Count the event pages you watch, times the sellers, times how often you check, times the size of a page. Forty events on three sellers, checked twice a day for 30 days, at 2 MB a page, is about 14 GB. Checking once a day halves it.
What the table does not tell you
It ranks plans by cost and by what their providers say they offer. It does not test whether a seller accepts a provider’s addresses; several providers block ticketing sites themselves, or open them only after an ID check, and plans from a provider whose own list blocks them are left out (the sites proxy providers block). It is not legal advice: other countries have their own rules on ticket resale, and every seller has its own terms. Read them before you check a seller’s pages with software.
