Static residential proxies for multi-account management
Today, checked up to Oct 24, 2026: 12 of the 37 static residential (ISP) plans priced at 25 IPs say they offer dedicated IPs and country targeting. The cheapest is Oxylabs at $100 ($4 an IP), and 2 of the ten cheapest providers at 25 IPs have a plan that does.

One plan per provider: the cheapest that covers 25 IPs and meets the job's requirements. The pages of Geonode list what their plans offer without at least one of these, so they are left out too; ask the provider if you need it there. 10 priced plans do not say whether they have dedicated IPs and country targeting, so they are left out rather than counted as meeting it (HydraProxy, HypeProxies, LightningProxies, Massive, ProxyEmpire, Shifter and Webshare).
When you run several seller or buyer accounts on one marketplace, for different shops or product lines, and sign in to each from your own office, each account can keep one steady address that nobody else uses. That is a job for dedicated static residential (ISP) IPs, one for each account, rented by the month, in the country each account trades in. The table above lists the cheapest plans whose providers say their IPs are dedicated and can be chosen by country, priced at 25 IPs, with the cost of each one.
Use case · The live comparison uses prices checked up to Oct 24, 2026; every figure in the text keeps the date it was checked.

First, read the marketplace’s own rule
Many marketplaces allow more than one account and say on what terms. eBay’s policy: “Users may have multiple accounts on eBay. We understand that there are various reasons why someone would choose to have more than one account”, while “Registering new accounts to avoid buying and selling restrictions or limits, or other policy consequences, is not allowed” (eBay). It also says “If we apply restrictions or limits to one account, then similar restrictions or limits may be applied to the member’s other linked accounts”. A separate address for each account does not make them separate in the marketplace’s eyes, and it is no way round a restriction. A proxy fits the accounts a marketplace allows, not the ones it forbids.
When a proxy fits
Where several people sign in to several allowed accounts from one office, one dedicated IP per account keeps each account on one address that no other customer of the provider uses, so nothing another user does from a shared address lands on your accounts (proxy IP reputation). Static matters: an ISP IP stays the same for as long as you rent it (static vs rotating proxies).
Work out how many IPs you need
One for each account, in the country it trades in: five shops with five accounts each need 25 IPs. ISP plans are sold in packages, so the cheapest plan at 25 IPs may buy more than you need; the table says how many you get, and the box above gives the cost of each IP you use. Shared ISP IPs cost less, and shared vs dedicated proxies explains what you give up for the saving.
What the table does not tell you
It ranks plans by cost and by what their providers say they offer. It does not test whether a marketplace accepts a given address, and it is not advice on any marketplace’s rules: read the terms of each one you trade on.
