One plan per provider: the cheapest that covers 10 GB and meets the job's requirements. The pages of DataImpulse, Decodo, Oxylabs, ProxyRack, ProxyScrape, Thordata and anyIP list what their plans offer without at least one of these, so they are left out too; ask the provider if you need it there. 4 priced plans do not say whether they have country targeting and carrier targeting, so they are left out rather than counted as meeting it (Byteful and IPBurger).
An affiliate link often does not lead to one fixed page. Tracking platforms send each click on by who seems to be clicking: Trackier, one of them, says its routing “may consider the visitor’s country, region, city, device, operating system or carrier”, and that its targeting can use “carrier or ISP” (Trackier). To check where your links, or your partners’ links, really land for a phone user in each country, you have to follow them from a phone network there. The table above lists the cheapest mobile plans whose providers say they offer country and carrier targeting, priced at 10 GB.
Use case · The live comparison uses prices checked up to Oct 24, 2026; every figure in the text keeps the date it was checked.
On this page
What you are checking
- That each link lands on the offer it promises, in each country you pay for clicks from, and not on a paused offer or another advertiser’s page.
- That the redirect chain is the one you agreed to. Follow it hop by hop and keep each address it passes through; a hop you did not expect is the thing to ask your partner about.
- That a phone user and a desktop user land where they should, when the offer differs by device.
To see the chain, send the link through your proxy and print each address it is sent on to, one line per redirect, in order:
curl -s -L -o /dev/null -D - -x http://USER:PASS@HOST:PORT "https://your-tracking-link" | grep -i '^location'
Add -A with a phone browser’s user agent to follow the route a phone takes. A tracker that moves the visitor on with a script or a page refresh, rather than a redirect, leaves no line here: open the last address through the same proxy in a browser to see where it ends.
Why mobile, and why the carrier
Phone traffic reaches the web from the mobile networks’ own addresses, and a link that routes by carrier can only be followed from that carrier’s network. Mobile plans that let you choose the carrier are the ones that can show you what its users see; the others give you a phone address in the country, on whichever network the provider’s device is on. Mobile vs residential proxies explains what else changes, and why mobile traffic costs more a GB.
Work out how much traffic you need
A check follows a link through its redirects to the landing page, a few hundred kilobytes to a few megabytes each. Checking 200 links in 10 countries once a week, at 2 MB a check, is about 4 GB a week, or about 17 GB a month; 10 GB covers a little over half of that. Following the redirects without loading the landing page’s images and scripts uses far less.
When a proxy is not the cheaper route
- Your tracking platform’s own reports, if it records where each click went and from which network: read them before you test from outside.
- A residential address in the country, where your links route only by country and device, not by carrier: residential traffic costs less a GB than mobile (residential proxy prices).
What the table does not tell you
It ranks plans by cost and by what their providers say they offer. It does not test which carriers each provider covers in each country; ask for the list in the countries you check before you buy.
