What we deliberately do not count as history
47 plans changed state between the two observations in a way that describes us rather than the vendor: a page we read by hand one day and parsed the next, or a contradiction between a vendor's own pages that one pass noticed and the other did not. Publishing those as price history would report our own collection variance as the market moving.
They are recorded in the dataset and excluded from this page. The rule this site runs on is that a change is only history if it happened at the provider, and the honest way to hold that line is to say out loud how many changes failed the test.
