- Webshare refunds require a request within 48 hours, fewer than 1,000 proxies used, and usage below 1 GB or 0.1 GB depending on product. A short functional test can eliminate refund eligibility before the two-day clock expires. source
- Webshare monthly bandwidth does not roll over. Unused bandwidth loses its value at the next billing cycle and must be repurchased. source
