Proxy Costs answers a narrow buying question: what can a buyer actually purchase for the required volume, in the unit the provider really sells, using evidence that another person can inspect.

Why this site exists
An advertised unit rate does not identify the checkout total. The minimum purchase, included quantity, expiry, overage, billing unit, and plan limits can change what the buyer pays or whether the product can do the job.
This site keeps the provider's published unit and computes only from a configuration the provider actually offers. It does not apply a large tier's rate to a smaller purchase or convert a per-IP or unlimited plan into a guessed per-GB figure.
A useful answer must be reproducible. The figure, as-of time, provider source, and calculation basis travel together on the machine surfaces reviewed on 2026-07-26.
How we work
How we work
Every accepted price has first-party evidence and a retrieval time. Every calculated answer states its basis. A plan with no public number remains visible rather than being estimated or removed.
A first-party contradiction remains a contradiction. Both values and both links are retained, and the plan cannot establish a ranking claim until the sources agree.
The site runs no proxy performance tests. Any third-party performance figure must name the tester, source, and date and stays separate from the price.
Ranking is by calculated cost for the requested quantity among plans that can be compared in that unit. The pricing and ranking rules were reviewed in the site implementation on 2026-07-26.

Send a wrong number, missing plan, changed term, or source conflict to data@proxycosts.com with the plan ID, field, provider URL, observed value, and observation time.
Providers and readers use the same correction standard: public first-party evidence. A private statement can identify a question but cannot replace a source another reader can inspect.
