Terms Shifter publishes away from its pricing page
- Shifter residential bandwidth resets each billing cycle and unused traffic does not roll over. Unused gigabytes lose all value at renewal and must be bought again. source
- Shifter bills residential overage at the same per-GB rate as the selected plan tier. The overage amount depends on the chosen tier rather than one universal surcharge, so larger-tier buyers also receive cheaper extra traffic. source
- Shifter's three-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase. Renewals and later product purchases do not receive the same refund backstop. source
