- Does not publish a concurrent session limit. 25 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.
- Does not publish how bandwidth pools. 18 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.
- Does not publish a maximum sticky session length. 23 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.
Terms ProxyRack publishes away from its pricing page
- ProxyRack makes refunds available only for payments made through Paddle using PayPal or cards. Choosing another payment rail can remove the three-day money-back protection entirely. source
- ProxyRack denies subscription refunds to anyone who previously used a free or paid trial. Taking the trial can permanently remove refund protection from the later full subscription. source
- ProxyRack says all Paddle purchases require identity verification. Card or PayPal payment does not by itself guarantee immediate activation, and the same payment rail is required for refund eligibility. source
