What HydraProxy does not publish
2 plans have no public price and are quoted on request. These stay listed rather than dropped, because a comparison that hides the awkward rows is not a comparison.
How HydraProxy compares with the rest of the market
HydraProxy sells 3 of the four proxy types we track, and does not sell datacenter. We hold 14 of its plans, 12 with a public price.
What it publishes, against what the market publishes
- Publishes a minimum checkout price, as do 41 of 47 providers.
- Publishes whether unused bandwidth expires, as do 30 of 47 providers.
- Publishes a concurrent session limit, as do 25 of 47 providers.
- Does not publish how bandwidth pools. 18 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.
- Publishes a maximum sticky session length, as do 23 of 47 providers.
Terms HydraProxy publishes away from its pricing page
- HydraProxy's refund requires a request within 24 hours of the first purchase and is limited to one 1-day or 3-day plan with no more than two ports. Longer plans, more than two ports, repeat purchases, or later requests make the entire purchase non-refundable. source
- HydraProxy says cancellation requests for ISP proxy orders are ignored. An ISP order is financially final rather than covered by the general first-purchase refund language. source
