What IPRoyal does not publish
4 plans have no public price and are quoted on request. These stay listed rather than dropped, because a comparison that hides the awkward rows is not a comparison.
How IPRoyal compares with the rest of the market
- residential: $245 here against a market median of $187.50. 15 of 24 other providers we can price come in cheaper at the same requirement.
IPRoyal sells 4 of the four proxy types we track. We hold 18 of its plans, 14 with a public price.
What it publishes, against what the market publishes
- Publishes a minimum checkout price, as do 41 of 47 providers.
- Publishes whether unused bandwidth expires, as do 30 of 47 providers.
- Publishes a concurrent session limit, as do 25 of 47 providers.
- Publishes how bandwidth pools, as do 18 of 47 providers.
- Publishes a maximum sticky session length, as do 23 of 47 providers.
Terms IPRoyal publishes away from its pricing page
- IPRoyal's Datacenter and ISP terms assign 100 GB per proxy each month but calculate usage across the whole order. The advertised unlimited bandwidth is pooled into a finite order-level allowance, so exceeding the order total may require more proxies. source
- IPRoyal Dedicated Mobile proxies have a 30 GB daily limit despite product copy describing zero bandwidth limits. Workloads above 30 GB per day need additional capacity or a different product even if the plan appears unlimited. source
- IPRoyal data-based plan refunds require a request within 72 hours and no use of the newly allocated data. Any use of the new allocation can make the full charge non-refundable before the 72-hour window ends. source
If you are comparing IPRoyal against something else
The cheapest plans we can price for the same proxy types, at 50 GB a month for traffic-metered types and 10 IPs for per-IP types. Ranked by what you would pay, nothing else.
