- High Proxies reserves the right to impose thresholds on threads, bandwidth, and connections without publishing the thresholds. A plan presented without numeric limits may require a larger package or may be throttled at an unpublished usage level. source
- Only a first-time High Proxies purchase may qualify for a refund within three days, subject to additional eligibility conditions. Repeat purchases and ineligible first purchases carry the full plan cost with no refund backstop. source
