What it publishes, against what the market publishes

• Publishes a minimum checkout price, as do 41 of 47 providers.
• Publishes whether unused bandwidth expires, as do 30 of 47 providers.
• Does not publish a concurrent session limit. 25 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.
• Does not publish how bandwidth pools. 18 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.
• Does not publish a maximum sticky session length. 23 of 47 providers do, so this is a gap rather than a market norm.

Terms ASocks publishes away from its pricing page

• One public ASocks refund policy permits an Unlimited proxy refund only within 24 hours and below 500 MB of traffic. The refund value falls to zero after either threshold, making even a short test financially final. source
• A second public ASocks refund policy says Unlimited proxy purchases receive no refunds. The two public policies produce different recoverable amounts for the same product, so a buyer cannot safely count on the 24-hour refund. source
• ASocks warns that its Proxy by link option can use a different proxy type and charge more unless the link is refreshed every minute. A stale integration can route traffic through a higher-priced proxy type and create charges above the selected model. source
