One plan per provider: the cheapest that covers 1,000 GB and meets the job's requirements. 18 priced plans do not say whether they have published refund terms and traffic that lasts 30 days or more, so they are left out rather than counted as meeting it (Bright Data, DataImpulse, Decodo, Froxy, Infatica, NodeMaven, Oxylabs, Proxy-Seller, Rayobyte, Squid Proxies, Thordata and Webshare). A refund window is the time you have to ask, not a promise of a refund: providers' terms often allow one only while little traffic has been used, or only for a fault on their side, so read them before you count on one.

When a company buys proxies, the purchase goes through someone who has to approve it: the cost for a month, what happens to traffic left over, what the refund terms are, who checks the buyer’s identity and how the invoice is taxed. The table above lists the cheapest residential plans priced at 1,000 GB a month whose providers state a refund policy (including “no refunds”) and sell traffic that lasts a month or more, so a team using it through the month does not lose it.

What to settle before you sign

  • The refund terms. Several providers refund nothing, and most of the others only within two weeks of purchase. Every plan in the table publishes its terms; the plans with a refund window list the ones that offer one.
  • The identity check. Some providers verify the buyer, or the use, before the account works. Plan for it in the timeline; the list of providers without an identity check shows who does not, and why some do.
  • Tax on the invoice. Some providers print prices before VAT, and a company invoice adds it; the table says so beside the plans it applies to (tax-exclusive pricing).
  • Traffic beyond the plan. Some plans charge a published rate per extra GB, and others stop until you buy more (overage); the plans with a published overage rate say what a heavy month costs.
  • The billing. A monthly plan renews at the same price until cancelled; a pay-as-you-go balance does not (pay as you go against a monthly plan).

Plans only a company can buy

Some providers sell their cheapest rates only to verified businesses, after a review of who is buying and why. A company can qualify, so price those plans too: the residential comparison at 1,000 GB shows them, each with the catch that it opens only to verified businesses, after a review.

When a quote is the cheaper route

At this size most providers also sell by quote, through their sales team. The checkout totals in the table are what you pay without asking anyone; use them as the price a quote has to beat, and ask for the refund terms, the overage rate and the tax treatment in writing with it.

What the table does not tell you

It ranks plans by cost and by what their providers’ pages say. It does not test the providers’ networks or support, and we do not take commission into account in any ranking.

AI training data prices the same amount for one large job. Web scraping prices 100 GB. Price your own amount on the residential comparison.

Only plans with this job's requirements compete here, as in the table at the top: published refund terms and traffic that lasts 30 days or more. Choose another proxy type to compare every plan of that type.
