Residential proxies for price monitoring
Price monitoring is repeated collection, so this comparison applies two requirements together: the plan must publish rotating access, and purchased bandwidth must either never expire or remain valid for at least 30 days. A cheap bundle that expires before a monthly collection cycle finishes does not pass. A plan with an unpublished expiry policy is not assumed to last.
The comparison point is 50 GB. Of 49 residential plans with a public checkout price at that volume, 27 could be evaluated against both fields. Twenty-five pass, two fail, and 22 could not be evaluated because rotation or expiry information was unpublished. Only five plans remain from the unfiltered top ten after the filter, so the job constraint changes the result. The 25 plans that pass
The table prices every passing plan. “Checkout” is the cheapest published configuration in that product line that covers at least 50 GB. When the bundle is larger than 50 GB, its actual size is shown. “Same-tier rate” means the calculation uses the published volume and rate of one purchasable tier. The pass classifications come from the tonight’s gate output, analyzed 2026-07-26.

This is a feasibility and checkout-cost ranking, not a performance test. It does not claim a request success rate, response time, or retailer-specific access result. No such tests were run.
The two known failures
ProxyMesh 50 and ProxyMesh 100 were the two evaluable failures in the measured snapshot. Their published rotation modes were 12-hour and open-proxy-hourly modes rather than the required rotating mode. They therefore fail even though the snapshot recorded a 30-day bandwidth term. The 22 plans that cannot be evaluated
The ProxyMesh prepaid bandwidth add-on publishes non-expiring traffic but not a rotation mode. Those 22 are not failed plans. The market has simply not published enough information to say they meet this monthly rotation-and-validity requirement. Treating null expiry as non-expiring would move plans into the table without evidence and would undo the filter’s purpose.
Do not generalize this to every scraping job
This page answers the narrower price-monitoring constraint. The broader web-scraping gate also required at least 100 concurrent sessions, but only 24 of 49 priced residential plans and 13 of 27 providers published enough information to evaluate it. That did not clear the coverage gate, so there is no evidence-backed general web-scraping ranking to substitute here.
