One plan per provider: the cheapest that covers 5 GB and meets the job's requirements, priced at any extra rate the provider charges for city targeting. The pages of anyIP list what their plans offer without at least one of these, so they are left out too; ask the provider if you need it there. 2 priced plans do not say whether they have rotating IPs and city targeting, so they are left out rather than counted as meeting it (Squid Proxies).
Review monitoring means checking, on a schedule, what people searching near each of your locations are shown: your listing, its star rating and the reviews under it, and the businesses ranked around you. Those results change with where the searcher is. Google says its local results “are mainly based on relevance, distance, and popularity”, and that distance is how far each business is from the customer searching: “If a customer doesn’t share where they are, Google uses what it knows about their location” (Google Business Profile Help). A check run from your office sees your office’s results, not your customers’. The table above lists the cheapest plans whose providers say they offer rotating IPs and city targeting, priced at 5 GB.

First, read your own reviews without a proxy
If the locations are yours, you do not need a proxy to read their reviews. The Business Profile API lets you “List all reviews of a location to audit reviews in bulk”, get reviews from several locations at once and reply to them, once your application has OAuth credentials (Google for Developers). Most review platforms give owners a dashboard of the same kind. A proxy adds one thing these do not show: the page a nearby searcher sees, with your rivals beside you.
What each requirement is for
- City targeting, because local results are ranked by distance from the searcher, so each check has to come from the city it is about. Providers that sell city targeting at a higher rate are priced at that rate (what city and ASN targeting cost).
- Rotating IPs, because a round of checks runs many searches in a row, and a search engine limits how much one address may ask for (static vs rotating proxies).
Work out how much traffic you need
Count the searches and pages a round opens, times their size. Twenty locations, five searches each, at 2 MB a results page, is about 200 MB a round; weekly, that is under 1 GB a month, and opening each listing’s reviews as well about doubles it. 5 GB covers a few months of weekly rounds, or about 25 days of daily ones. Plans that sell traffic lasting a month or more keep the rest for the next round (is non-expiring traffic worth it?).
What the table does not tell you
It ranks plans by cost and by what their providers say they offer. It does not test how close to the chosen city a provider’s addresses really are (proxy location accuracy), and it is not advice on any platform’s rules: read the terms of each site you check. A proxy changes where a search comes from, not what a review says.
