How much do ISP proxies cost per IP?

ISP proxy cost per IP depends on address quantity and allocation class. Shared, semi-dedicated and dedicated products can all carry the ISP label. Combining them into one average would hide the product difference that explains much of the range.
The calculation here holds three inputs constant: ISP type, a 30-day billing period and an exact published IP count. It includes only rows with a public checkout and no recorded source conflict. The price per IP is checkout divided by IP count.

Quantity lowers the unit price inside each ladder
Decodo’s ISP ladder shows the volume effect directly. Its exact 30-day checkout is $4.70 for 10 IPs, $35 for 100 IPs and $320 for 1,000 IPs. Bright Data’s dedicated ISP ladder moves from $35 for 10 IPs to $275 for 100 and $2,500 for 1,000. The computed unit rates are $3.50, $2.75 and $2.50. The gap is not proof that one network is better. It shows that the rows carry different product labels and price schedules. A buyer must decide whether the lower-priced allocation satisfies the same identity requirement before treating the difference as savings.
Dedicated and shared addresses should not be averaged blindly
At 100 IPs, the broad observed range is $0.35 to $2.75 per IP. The lower endpoint is Decodo’s ISP row, while the upper endpoint is Bright Data’s dedicated row. Other exact rows between them include shared, semi-dedicated and dedicated products.
If dedicated allocation is required, the lower shared or general ISP row leaves the candidate set. If sharing is acceptable, a dedicated premium does not need to be paid merely because both offers use the ISP label. The complete observed price table keeps plan name and source state beside each figure so that allocation is not erased during sorting.
The same caution applies to rotating access. A traffic-priced rotating ISP pool is not a fixed count of assigned addresses. Its cost per IP is null unless the vendor publishes an address quantity that belongs to the checkout.
Bandwidth disclosure changes what the rate means
The per-IP rows in this panel do not publish one common traffic allowance. Decodo’s exact ISP rows are marked as sold per IP with no published per-GB allowance for the product. Capacity disclosure differs too. Decodo explicitly records unrestricted threads and concurrent sessions for the named ISP ladder. Bright Data’s exact dedicated rows do not publish a concurrency value in the captured evidence. That field remains not published. It is never rewritten as unrestricted.
Bright Data also states that its monthly commitment does not roll into the next month. Decodo’s bandwidth expiry and rollover fields are not published for these exact per-IP rows. A missing term is an uncertainty, not a favorable allowance.
The practical price check
Choose an exact IP count and 30-day term, then separate shared, semi-dedicated and dedicated allocation. Require a real checkout and divide it by the purchased address count. Keep tax, bandwidth, concurrency, rotation and source state beside the result.
