A provider logo is not a unit of comparison. One provider can publish several residential products, billing models and address families. The useful unit is a plan row evaluated at the quantity a buyer will actually purchase.
The panel above uses one repeatable rule. It keeps only residential rows whose pool covers a single proxy type, whose sources do not conflict, and whose dataset fields can produce an exact 25 GB total. A published 25 GB tier supplies its checkout directly. A pay-as-you-go row supplies a published per-GB rate, which is multiplied by 25. Quote-only rows, cross-type pools and rows without enough price information are excluded. The complete observed plan data preserves every excluded state.
An exact 25 GB comparison
The table is sorted by computed checkout, not by the rate a vendor chooses to headline. “Not published” in the expiry column remains an unknown state.

Keep separate products separate
The 11-row panel has only 9 providers because Evomi and Infatica each contribute two distinct product rows. Evomi Core and Evomi Premium should not be collapsed into one provider price. Infatica IPv4 and IPv6 should not be collapsed either. Taking only the cheapest row behind each logo would silently change the product being ranked.
The right comparison key includes provider, plan row, proxy type, pool scope, billing model, quantity and term. If address family, sharing model or geography matters to the workload, add that field before sorting. A lower checkout is only a lower price after those required properties match.
Compare the checkout before the unit rate
Unit rates are useful after the purchase quantity is fixed. They are misleading when lifted from a tier the buyer will not purchase. This page either reads the exact tier total or computes a pay-as-you-go total from the published rate. It does not apply a bulk rate to a smaller basket.
The checkout is the cash commitment. The effective per-GB amount explains the checkout, but it does not replace it. A plan with a lower large-volume unit rate can still require more cash than a smaller workload needs. That is why the table sorts by the exact 25 GB total.
Carry time and expiry into the result
Some rows publish traffic that never expires. One row in this panel publishes a 30-day expiry. Most do not publish an expiry state in the evidence snapshot. Those are three different data states: an explicit non-expiring allowance, a real time limit, or null represented in prose as “not published.”
Do not fill a missing expiry with “never expires.” Do not assume that a monthly label alone proves when traffic disappears. If expiry affects the workload, a row with no published value is not yet comparable enough to win.
Exclude conflicting prices
The full snapshot has 99 rows whose vendor evidence conflicts. A fresh retrieval timestamp does not resolve two different prices observed on vendor-controlled pages. For a clean ranking, hold those rows out until the conflict is resolved and retain the reason for exclusion on the data surface.
The same rule applies to a price that is not published. It is not zero and it is not a high estimate. It is null, so it cannot enter a numerical ranking.
The comparison checklist
Define the proxy type and pool scope. Fix the exact quantity. Separate pay-as-you-go, subscriptions, per-IP products and unlimited-bandwidth products unless a valid normalization exists. Compute checkout first, then the unit rate. Carry commitment, expiry, capacity and source state beside the price. Keep distinct product rows visible even when they share a provider name.
