Which countries carry a proxy price premium?
Four of the 12 country-bound providers publish prices that differ by country or country tier: SOAX, Proxy-Seller, Proxy-IPv4, and Litport. The premium is provider-specific. SOAX’s Tier 1 rate is roughly 2.43 to 2.50 times its Tier 3 rate across the listed plans. Proxy-Seller’s five-IP one-week IPv4 range is $0.76 to $1.44 per IP. Proxy-IPv4’s public country starting-price range is $0.45 to $0.90 per IP. Litport’s private mobile device is $189.99 monthly in the United States and $149.99 in the United Kingdom and Italy.
There is no universal expensive-country list. The same country can sit in a high tier for one provider and a shared price group for another. Product type, quantity, lease term, sharing model, and traffic commitment must stay fixed before a country difference means anything.
The geo dataset was generated on 2026-07-26T11:58:22.848Z. The comparisons below use only country bindings in that dataset and retain each vendor’s own billing unit.
SOAX prices 226 countries through three tiers
SOAX applies a country tier to the plan’s per-GB credit rate for residential and mobile traffic.

Tier 1 examples include the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, Canada, and South Korea. Tier 2 examples include Brazil, India, Mexico, Romania, South Africa, Singapore, Turkey, and Indonesia. Tier 3 examples include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, Venezuela, and Zambia.
The ratio column is arithmetic derived from the vendor’s tier rates. It compares the same SOAX plan across country tiers. It is not a comparison with an untargeted product. The full tier membership and rates come from the SOAX pricing source, retrieved 2026-07-26T11:58:19.526Z.
Proxy-Seller country gaps change with quantity
Proxy-Seller publishes one-week private IPv4 ladders by country and quantity. At 5 IPs, four price groups appear:

At 3,000 IPs, the same four groups are $0.45, $0.50, $0.58, and $0.72 per IP. South Africa is 89.5 percent above the $0.76 group at 5 IPs, but 60 percent above the $0.45 group at 3,000 IPs. The country premium therefore changes with quantity rather than staying as one fixed percentage.

Proxy-IPv4 publishes three country starting-price bands
The collected public API binds 40 countries to IPv4 starting prices:

The $0.90 group is twice the $0.45 group, while the $0.54 group is 20 percent higher. These are country-endpoint starting-price bands, not matched checkout totals at a stated quantity and term. The API evidence does not support turning the difference into a final basket cost without another quantity and lease selection.

Litport varies private mobile devices, not shared devices
Litport’s matched monthly device products show why the sharing model must stay fixed:

The United States private device is $40 more per month than the United Kingdom or Italy, a 26.7 percent uplift against $149.99. The shared device price is unchanged across all three collected country catalogs.

Eight providers do not publish a country premium in this dataset
DataImpulse, SpaceProxy, Bright Data, Decodo, IPRoyal, Proxy-Cheap, Evomi, and MarsProxies publish one country rate structure for their named locations. That is evidence of uniform country pricing inside the captured product. It is not permission to claim that every location exists, that inventory depth is equal, or that an untargeted checkout would cost less.
DataImpulse explicitly publishes a 1x country multiplier, Bright Data states that country targeting is free, Decodo includes country targeting, and Proxy-Cheap lists country and ISP targeting in each displayed plan without a separate charge. For SpaceProxy, IPRoyal, Evomi, and MarsProxies, a matched untargeted comparison is not published.

Why this does not become one page per country
The broad country overlap reaches 8 to 12 providers for 20 countries, but that count mixes different proxy products. After exact product normalization, rotating residential reaches no more than six providers, dedicated datacenter IPv4 reaches three, static residential or ISP reaches two, and each mobile shape reaches one.
No country clears the documented eight-provider comparability rule. The data supports this consolidated premium analysis because it compares within each provider and product. It does not support a separate United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, or South Africa buying page.
The dataset also cannot explain why a country sits in a more expensive band. It contains public prices and country bindings, not vendor inventory costs, success rates, or pool depth. A buyer can use these figures to identify a published premium, but should not interpret the premium as evidence of better inventory.
