Reading the five changes

What the calculation means

The model buys the whole cheapest published package that can cover the requested amount. It does not invent a package between two published tiers, and it does not calculate a precise break-even volume inside a crossing bracket. That is especially important around 100 and 250 GB, where each provider’s next available covering tier changes at a different point.

Both captured products publish traffic that does not expire and unused traffic that rolls over. Both publish rotating and sticky modes. DataImpulse publishes targeting through country, state, city, ZIP, and ASN. MarsProxies publishes country and city targeting plus sticky sessions up to seven days. The captured rows do not publish concurrent-session counts, so that field remains not published for both providers.
