At the first crossing, a 2 GB buyer faces $11.25 from Decodo and $30 from Oxylabs, so Decodo is cheaper. The narrow Oxylabs win is a bundle fit. It has a 5 GB starter plan. Decodo’s covering option at that point includes 10 GB, so half the allowance is unused in a 5 GB comparison. Once the request reaches 10 GB, that same Decodo checkout is fully used and the order reverses.
The datacenter crossing is a signup offer
This pair also qualifies on shared datacenter IPs, but the first winner there is not a durable paid-plan result. Oxylabs publishes five free IPs. What the cheaper row does not publish
At the 5 GB residential point, cheaper Oxylabs publishes unlimited concurrent sessions and country, state, city, and ZIP targeting. From 10 GB upward, cheaper Decodo publishes both rotation modes and five targeting levels, but it does not publish a residential concurrency maximum, bandwidth expiry, or rollover on the provider’s page state. Oxylabs publishes unlimited concurrent sessions, while its expiry and rollover states are also not published. An unpublished value means “confirm it,” not “unlimited.”

Decision rule
For residential traffic, isolate the 5 GB case: that is the only sampled volume where Oxylabs is cheaper. Below it and from 10 GB upward, Decodo has the lower public checkout. For datacenter IPs, separate Oxylabs’ five-free-IP offer from recurring paid use before drawing a price conclusion.
