How each sells residential traffic

Bright Data sells residential traffic pay as you go at $8 a GB, with no monthly commitment. Its page also shows $4 a GB with the coupon code RESIGB50; the comparison on this page uses the $8 a buyer pays without a code. Its monthly plans are printed with the same coupon applied (141 GB for $499 a month) and without their regular price, and above 1 TB it quotes a custom price (“Need more than 1 TB? Contact us”). IPBurger sells three monthly residential plans: Starter, 10 GB for $59; Plus, 30 GB for $149; Pro, 60 GB for $269. “Need more than 60 GB? Contact sales for custom volume pricing.” IPBurger’s residential price page, checked Oct 11, 2026

Before you pay

  • Identity check. Bright Data asks every residential and mobile customer to go through “a short compliance process also known as a KYC” before using its network, which may include a video call. IPBurger’s residential page mentions no such step. Bright Data’s residential price page, checked Oct 11, 2026
  • Refunds. IPBurger offers a 3-day money-back guarantee. IPBurger’s residential price page, checked Oct 11, 2026
  • What you are committing to. Bright Data’s pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee, so a one-off 5 GB job costs $40 and stops there. Each IPBurger plan renews every month until you cancel.

Which to choose

For a small or one-off job under 10 GB, Bright Data’s pay-as-you-go costs less and does not renew, if you can pass its identity check. For a steady 10 to 60 GB a month, IPBurger’s plans cost a quarter to nearly half less. Above 60 GB, only Bright Data publishes a price; at that size other providers cost far less than either, and the residential comparison ranks them for your amount.
